Job Description
The Behavioral Health Care Manager is responsible for coordinating and supporting the behavioral health treatment of the patient by working directly with the patient’s primary care provider and psychiatric consultant.
Requirements
- Licensed clinical social worker with behavioral health experience
- nurse practitioner with behavioral health experience
- psychologist
