Senior Associate, Community Operations

The Engine Accelerator is seeking a Senior Associate of Community Operations to ensure day-to-day building operations, foster a welcoming community, and execute discrete projects from start to finish.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in operations, community management, co-working, VC platform, or incubators
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and details
• A systems thinker who enjoys improving how things work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
