Job Description
IZAKAYA Asian Kitchen & Bar is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day operations and help maintain high standards of service. The role involves assisting with rostering, training, and recruitment, as well as providing leadership to the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- A passion for excellent customer service and a commitment to high-quality standards
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to handle challenges and multitask effectively
