Job Description
The Barback is responsible for ensuring the bar team has the tools required to serve customers continuously on shift. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and diligent in completing tasks. They will work well under pressure in a team environment and have the potential to grow into a bartender role.
Requirements
- Greeting guests
- Serve and prepare all cocktails for the dining room
- Pull all wines necessary for guests
- Manage customers seated/standing in the bar area
- Assist guests with food orders
- Manage drink transfers and all financial transactions at the bar
