Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Runner to join our team at MR PORTER Amsterdam. Food Runners are responsible for serving guests in all sections of the restaurant and assist with clearing and refilling stations as well as maintaining the back of house.
Requirements
- Delivering food: The restaurant runner is responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Checking orders: The runner should check each order for accuracy and ensure that the correct dishes are delivered to the right tables.
- Providing customer service: The runner may interact with guests to answer questions, make recommendations, and provide general assistance with their dining experience.
- Clearing tables: The runner may also be responsible for clearing tables and ensuring that the dining area is clean and tidy.
- Assisting with other duties: The runner may assist with other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager, such as preparing tables, taking orders, or processing payments.
