MR PORTER - Barback

The Barback is responsible for ensuring that the MR PORTER STEAKHOUSE bar team has the tools required to serve customers continuously on shift. Our ideal candidate is interested in growing into a bartender role and someone who can work well under pressure in a team environment.

Requirements

• Making sure everything is properly stocked
• Basic prep work behind the bar
• Assists guests in making food and beverage selections
• Positive attitude and aim to provide great communication skills
• Attentiveness and patience for guests
• Passion for hospitality
• English needs to be spoken fluently
• Aim to deliver excellent presentation skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to have a flexible schedule and be able to work on nights, weekends, and or holidays
