Requirements
- Ensure all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time
- Prepare dishes to the correct recipe and quantity
- Deputize in the Pastry sous chef’s absence
- Communicate anticipated shortages to the sous chef or head chef
- Study relevant subjects for future advancement
