Job Description
The ESD Primer Instructional Assistant is a passionate educator with knowledge of child development. As an effective member of the Lower School faculty, this individual is flexible and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, cognition or related field, preferred
- Teaching experience
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Patient, creative, optimistic, resilient, collaborative, and adaptable; takes initiative
- Knowledge of 21st Century learning principles, and techniques
- Ability to conduct small-group instructional lessons
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various school constituents
