Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or Science
- In-depth consumer understanding and ability to translate consumer beliefs, needs, and desires into critical product design features and technologies
- Ability to work across sub-categories on platform and upstream research projects
- Collaboration with the Advanced Technologies group, Formulation team, and Packaging & Processing innovation partners
