Job Description
The Principal Lab Technician - Clinical role is responsible for assisting R&D scientists in conducting clinical studies to evaluate the benefits of Estée Lauder's skincare and makeup products. The position involves hands-on work in a laboratory setting, interacting with a diverse population of human panelists, and working within a collaborative team.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Science or related field
- 2-5 Years Experience
- Full time on-site role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with instruments and electronic systems
- Ability to operate independently under fast timelines and dynamic conditions
- Proficient organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
- Adept at preparing clear, accurate documentation in compliance with GxP and ALCOA+ principles
- Ability to support extended day studies as needed
- Makeup artistry
- Exposure to clinical environment or aesthetic dermatology
- Familiarity with GCP / GxP
