Solution Architecture Manager

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Solution Architecture Manager to design scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions. The role will work closely with business and engineering teams to translate manufacturing IT strategy into scalable, compliant, and high-impact digital solutions across global operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate solution architectures, technical designs, and decisions clearly to diverse, global audiences
• Solid understanding of IT and IT/OT networking architectures, including segmentation, routing, security controls, and cloud integration patterns
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles for industrial and IT/OT environments, including network security, access controls, and data protection
• Practical exposure to manufacturing and industrial environments, with familiarity across common OT components (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, vision systems, remote I/O)
