Job Description
Join the Estée Lauder Companies Balkans Affiliate in Athens as a Visual Merchandiser and unlock an extraordinary opportunity to contribute to a team driven by the mission of 'Bringing the Best to Everyone We Touch'. This position is responsible for securing perfect execution of the brand image in-store, applying brand guidelines to all permanent fixtures and driving in-store excellence and innovation in top doors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, or Brand Environment Management, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or luxury retail industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Skilled in design and visualization software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is considered an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
