Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of customer service experience working in an administrative or office environment
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Good attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good time-management and organization skills and ability to multitask when necessary
