Transportation Management System (TMS) Specialist

The TMS Specialist (McLeod) is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and optimization of the McLeod Software platform, including LoadMaster and/or PowerBroker.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting, administering, configuring, or optimizing a Transportation Management System (TMS) in a transportation, brokerage, logistics, or supply chain environment
• Hands-on experience working with McLeod (LoadMaster) and PowerBroker in a system support, analyst, administrator, or super-user capacity
• Strong working knowledge of McLeod Software, including LoadMaster and/or PowerBroker
• Experience with rating, dispatch, settlements, and financial workflows within McLeod
• Familiarity with EDI transactions (204, 214, 210) and API integrations
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system and operational issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions
