Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Fluid & Thermal Engineer to join our Thermal Control System team. You will lead the development, justification, and qualification of the pump package for spacecraft thermal control system application.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master of Science or PhD) in aerospace engineering, heat transfer and fluid mechanics, or another related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working in aerospace industry
- Strong experience of thermal management and active thermal control system
- Proven experience with hardware development
- Experience with several thermal software (Thermal Desktop, ESATAN)
- Experience with CFD (Fluent or equivalent)
- Fluent in English. German, French and Italian are an asset
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizing and prioritization of tasks
- Ability to manage suppliers and work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Positive and flexible attitude to get the job done
