Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager for our New York City location. The candidate will perform on-site evaluations, conduct invasive testing, and prepare clear and comprehensive engineering reports. The position requires a strong understanding of NYC, NYS, and IBC building codes, and familiarity with ASTM, AAMA, and TMS standards.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Science, Construction Technology, or relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with building envelope evaluations, design, and construction oversight.
- Valid United States Driver’s License required, as this position requires travel to and from client sites.
- Professional Engineering License is a plus
- Knowledge of construction delivery methods, processes, and agreements
- Familiarity with construction best practices and general building codes and permitting processes.
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation and deliverables.
- Strong project management and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
