Job Description
Join the Family Resource Network as a Director of Support Services to lead the Support Services Department, overseeing programs for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high-quality services, and growing the department through new referrals and partnerships.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience required
- Master's degree in special education, Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred
- Knowledge of state service systems for individuals with disabilities, including DDD, DCF, CSOC/PerformCare
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
