Job Description
Join the Family Resource Network as a Skills Trainer and contribute to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families. As part of the Internship to Career (I2C) program, you will work with pre-employment transition students to provide work readiness skills training and job exploration counseling.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college in Human Services or a similar field.
- Two (2) years of experience in a human services position or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience working with youth, especially individuals between the ages of 14-21, with disabilities or in a job developer or job coach role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, patience, and empathy.
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate the needs of participants and employers.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within service counties.
