Customer Experience Associate, Florida

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional customer service through inbound phone contacts, email, text, and chat. The role requires responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues with empathy, and documenting interactions in our contact management system and CRM.
