Job Description
The Farmer's Dog is seeking a Senior Associate, Fulfillment to support the day-to-day operations and performance of its third-party fulfillment partners. The successful candidate will monitor and analyze key fulfillment metrics, communicate with 3PL partners, and drive improvements to ensure smooth operations at scale.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in D2C fulfillment, supply chain, or working with 3PL partners
- Understanding of warehouse operations, WMS systems, and basic fulfillment flows
- Comfortable working with data and tools such as ERP/OMS systems (e.g., NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Looker)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
