Join The Farmer's Dog as a Senior Software Engineer 2 - Care Tools, leading the end-to-end lifecycle of complex systems and features, and working closely with Customer Care to build AI powered solutions and tools.
Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex systems and features
- Improve team execution by refining processes, tools, on-call rotations, and practices
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Contribute to our engineering culture and mentor the team
- Work on TypeScript, Node.js, React, OpenAPI, and AWS
- Partner with Customer Care to deeply understand advisor workflows
