Delivery Specialist

The Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for a Delivery Specialist to assist customers with technology involved with new purchases, including test drives and technology explanations. The position is paid hourly plus commission and requires strong customer service skills.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a clean, valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service is highly preferred!
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to understand manufacturer’s specifications
