Job Developer

The Job Developer is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with employers to create unsubsidized employment opportunities. This role involves conducting cold calls, securing placements, developing job postings, and assisting in workforce development initiatives. The position requires a sales or marketing background and knowledge of disability accommodations.

Requirements

• Conduct 25+ cold calls per day.
• Secure 14 unsubsidized placements.
• Meet and understand skills of VRS participants.
• Produce weekly reports.
• Assist retention unit with employment data verification.
