Junior Drafter

The Flexi Group is a collection of beautifully designed flexible workspace brands. We're looking for a detail-oriented Drafter to support the Design & Expansion team in developing space planning layouts, test fits, and design documentation.

Requirements

• University degree or Technical Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical drafting discipline.
• 1 - 2 years of professional experience focusing on technical documentation for commercial office, retail, or hospitality projects.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD is required; skills in SketchUp are an added benefit, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and find technical solutions to design challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Fluent in English
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
