Job Description
ADAM Audio GmbH is looking for a Technical Lead (Loudspeakers) to lead the Hardware Development team and oversee the development of next-generation active studio monitor speakers. The role requires a strong background in smart consumer audio electronics or active loudspeaker designs, with a proven track record in the consumer or professional audio products domain.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical lead position in electronics, embedded firmware, QA, compliance, and production
- Experience in applying common positive leadership and team building techniques
- Mastering a range of IT software tools like MS Office, Confluence, Jira, and GitHub
- Strong ability to analyse and present trade-offs between cost, quality, complexity, and development time
- Excellent team working and communication skills in English, both written and spoken - German language skills are an advantage
- Appetite for continuous improvement in all aspects of product discovery and delivery
