Laboratory Research Scientist

The Francis Crick Institute is seeking a Laboratory Research Scientist to support the smooth running of laboratory operations and contribute to ongoing research projects. The role combines laboratory management with hands-on experimental support across a range of in vivo and in vitro studies.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in biology
• Hands-on wet lab experience
• Experience handling rodents and comfortable with daily animal work
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High level of reliability and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, curious and solutions-focused approach to problem solving
