Job Description
The HR Generalist performs duties associated with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department, including staffing, benefits, training, and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 or more years of experience in the HR-field
- Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws such as ADA, FMLA, and Title VII
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom, Ceridian)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
