Job Description
A well-established civil engineering and land surveying firm is seeking a full-time Survey Technician to join its team in Phoenix or Mesa, Arizona.
Requirements
- Prepare ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys, final plats, and legal descriptions
- Process field notes, conduct survey research, and compile site data
- Interpret title commitments, easements, and meet municipal submittal standards
- Work with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to draft survey documents
- Perform construction-related calculations, read as-builts and plans
- Maintain effective verbal and written communication across project teams
