Requirements

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.
• Set up/break down dishwashing area.
• Clean and roll/unroll mats.
• Clean and scrub floors.
• Assemble/disassemble dish machine.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Notify manager of issues with dish machine.
