Manager of Food & BeverageFull-time position $105,000–$115,000, plus potential for an annual incentive bonus.
Requirements
- Five years restaurant, club or hotel experience, with three of those five years in a supervisory/management position, is required.
- Demonstrate strong time management when responding to others and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge and understanding of restaurant sanitation, food & beverage licensing, alcohol permit compliance.
- Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to handle a wide variety of responsibilities simultaneously.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must possess the stamina to work 14-hour days, five to six days per week
