Business Development Associate (Partnerships)

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate (Partnerships) to join a fast-growing pet wellness brand's growth marketing team. The role involves identifying, negotiating, and securing customer acquisition partnerships with aligned brands, and building strong relationships with partners.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, growth marketing, or business development
• Degree (or concentration) in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field with strong academic performance
• Strong communication skills and confidence working in a highly outward-facing role
• Analytical mindset with the ability to build simple business cases and evaluate partnership impact
