Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect design execution to broader marketing goals
• Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Strong collaborator who can communicate effectively with marketers, copywriters, and leadership
• Data-driven creative who balances aesthetic excellence with conversion-focused design
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
