Job Description
The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to scale paid media and performance creative efforts for a rapidly growing D2C pet wellness brand. This role involves managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, influencers, and other channels, collaborating with creatives and marketing teams, and optimizing data-driven strategies to drive measurable results. Requirements
- Manage day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of growth campaigns across Meta, TikTok, influencer, and other performance channels
- Collaborate with creative partners, designers, and influencers to maintain a steady pipeline of high-performing ad creatives
- Set up, test, and analyze experiments related to creative, discounting, user journey, and attribution
- Track and report on key KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and campaign efficiency
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams
- Identify and test emerging growth channels, tools, and technologies
