Head of AI Engineering

We are an AI strategy and integration firm seeking a Head of AI Engineering to lead our Colombia engineering hub. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of deploying AI systems and can translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience with significant leadership responsibility
• Track record managing large engineering teams in fast-moving environments
• Deep expertise in AI/ML systems, Agile/Scrum, and ML platform architecture
• Strong command of data engineering, pipelines, and analytics
• Comfortable being client-facing and translating technical concepts into business value
• English proficiency at C1 level or above
