Performance Marketing Specialist

The Global Talent Co. is looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketer to join their in-house team. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for optimizing paid marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring smooth client delivery.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Track record of optimizing campaigns across the funnel, improving conversion and lowering CPL.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel.
• Comfortable managing and scaling paid budgets across multiple platforms.
• Experience collaborating with creatives to shape high-converting visual and copy assets.
• Familiarity with new or niche ad channels like Reddit Ads, X Ads (Twitter), or TikTok Ads.
• Self-motivated, organized, and excellent at working autonomously in a remote-first environment.
