Job Description
Join our team as a Business Franchise Consultant and lead a portfolio of schools in the Boston area, providing financial, operational, and educational expertise to drive success. Work with franchisees to understand current performance, establish goals, and determine strategies to drive results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in franchise consulting or multi-unit early childhood education facility management
- 2+ years of experience managing a portfolio of clients and/or sites and projects
- 2+ years of experience delivering presentations and/or training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 70%
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, or Business Management (preferred)
