Job Description
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Business Analyst to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process analysis, system design, and project delivery, especially within the banking or financial services sector.
Requirements
- - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- - At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in financial services
- - Strong skills in project management, process mapping, and business case development
- - Familiarity with loan processing, accounting concepts, and system configuration
- - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology, UAT, and stakeholder engagement
- - Tools: Excel, Power BI, Tableau, databases, APIs, and flowchart/wireframe tools
