Academic Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate and have prior experience in sales and marketing. As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive enrolment and revenue growth for our learning programs.

Requirements

• Experience managing Learning Centers, sales, and business development
• Experience working with educational institutes and developing Business through schools and other education institutions
• Excellent Sales and interpersonal communication skills
• Customer Relationship Management
• Teaching Experience in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
• Managing the lead generation process with marketing agencies or teams
• Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals
• Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness
• Maintaining an accurate record of past campaign results
• Analyzing market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled period
• Manage independently centers responsibilities (Sales and Business Development) and attrition Control of the Center
