R&D Director/ Chief Scientist

We are a global hydrogen company seeking an R&D Director/Chief Scientist to lead the evolution of our turquoise hydrogen production efforts. As a hands-on technical leader, you will work alongside an international team to develop, validate, and evaluate innovative technologies.

Requirements

• PhD in a chemical or material science field
• Previous leadership/senior roles in the field of research within a corporation (preferably O&G/chemical/carbon)
• 5+ years of experience in a product development environment with a strong emphasis on research, big data, laboratory & pilot experiments, and simulations
• Great communication skills
• Personal drive to achieve a high standard of work and foster individual and technical growth amongst your peers
• Able to show evidence of excellent hands-on problem-solving skills as well as an affinity for tackling new or unfamiliar technologies
• Deep understanding of how to work with an international team with cross-cultural awareness
• Collaboration experience with Universities and research institutes
