Clinical Informatics Analyst to support healthcare system operations through data analysis, EHR optimization, and workflow improvement.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience supporting healthcare IT systems or health information management
- Experience with requirements gathering, use case and workflow analysis, and process documentation
- Knowledge in how to plan, analyze, assess, and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs and business processes
- Ability to effectively manipulate data to clearly present program status and insights to stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work across clinical and technical teams; ability to present to executive-level stakeholders
