IM/IT Technician

IM/IT Technician responsible for providing customer support, managing and maintaining workstations, printers, and other peripherals, and resolving technical issues related to network and stand-alone printers. Must have 3-5 years of helpdesk/systems experience and meet DoD 8570.01-M certification requirements.
