Asset/Move Project Manager I

The Greenridge Group is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Asset/Move Project Manager I to support major capital improvement projects within the Los Angeles Community College District.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
• 6–10 years of experience in project management, relocation/move management, FF&E coordination, or facilities
• Strong understanding of FF&E procurement and installation processes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and furniture drawings
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam/Adobe
