Construction Manager III (TDIP Program)

The Greenridge Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager III to support a major capital improvement program at LAX, focusing on modernizing passenger terminals and enhancing overall airport operations.

Requirements

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on active job sites
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, and stakeholders
• Monitor project schedule, budget, and overall progress
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Identify risks early and proactively resolve issues
• Lead coordination meetings and maintain strong communication across teams
• Review and support resolution of change orders and construction challenges
