Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Estimator to prepare and validate cost estimates for building and infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- 8-15 years of full-time professional experience in construction cost estimating
- Diploma from a recognized college/university with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Knowledge of current local construction labor and material costs
- Experience in developing and estimating the scope of work for change orders
- Ability to develop scope of work based on RFI/RFC answers and estimates the detailed costs of those scopes of work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
