Job Description
The High School Ministry 11/12 Lead works closely with the High School Pastor to create vision and develop programs and activities for 11th and 12th grade students, and is responsible for leading and discipling high school students, recruiting and caring for volunteer leaders, and coordinating outreach trek details.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in youth ministry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
