Job Description
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Kettering. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service delivery across brand-facing and corporate systems, leading a small team of Service Desk Analysts, and ensuring effective monitoring of critical systems.
Requirements
- Solid experience in a similar role
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Team management experience
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
- Demonstrated proactive and creative problem-solving approach
- ITIL or similar qualification
