VRI Composites is seeking an Area Sales Engineer to own growth across Italy by partnering with OEMs and industrial customers, translating application needs into engineered material solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role involves a disciplined sales process, building relationships with existing accounts and targeted prospects, and traveling to customer sites to uncover requirements and drive specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
- 2-5+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or applications engineering
- Fluent Italian and English
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Critical thinking and ability to build and run strategies
