Requirements

• Implement and manage the Order Fulfillment Process with precision and efficiency
• Navigate through ERP-CRM software and database systems
• Proactively follow up on quotes and respond to customer inquiries
• Build relationships with TGC's customer base
• Manage customer inventory requirement
• Assist with RMA's, NCM's and DDB Red Cards regarding customer complaints
