Director of Distribution and Expansion

The Gund Company is seeking a Director of Distribution and Expansion to lead the growth of its enterprise-wide distribution activities, influence multi-site distribution operations, and partner with senior leadership to integrate new acquisitions and expand distribution capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in distribution, logistics, or operations leadership; managing or growing multi-site distribution/logistics operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or another related field.
• Strong P&L management, forecasting, and financial leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in distribution expansion, warehouse optimization, and network design.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across supply chain, sales, business development, and operations.
