Job Description
Join our team as a Manufacturing Team Lead to manage operators, equipment and materials. Key responsibilities include being a technical resource and team leader for operators, training and developing less experienced operators, and completing work order paperwork. The Gund Company is a leader in engineered material solutions with 16 global facilities.
Requirements
- Ability to operate, set-up, and program all machinery in the department.
- Strong basic math skills and the ability to use measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Flexibility to work overtime and adjust to emergency production needs.
